The sudden embrace took Seth by surprise, he didn’t know how to react. Pulling a face, as he reluctantly wrapped his arms around the other man in return. The former world champion wasn’t one for embraces like this, so when Sami let go, Seth internally released out a sigh of relief. “Uh, you’re welcome.” Seth tried to move past the awkwardness of the situation, as he allowed his trademark grin to return to his features. “No offence Sami, but I’ve got other things to be mad at. Being angry at you, wouldn’t be worth my time.” Usually such a statement escaping Seth’s mouth, would mean to hurt the other. But now wasn’t the case, he was simply being honest. Seth had bigger fish to fry, and the Canadian knew it.

“Alright, I understand.”       he replied smoothly, swallowing down his nerves.       “Thought after all that has happened, you’d be in a pretty bad mood. I kinda felt guilty and just wanted to make sure that there weren’t any hard feelings between us.”       For now, there was no trace of a smile on his usually upward-bound lips, but he seemed to carry the same airiness as usual. It felt odd to Sami, not smiling at a time like this, and yet, it wasn’t odd at all. He could offer him his help to quell all of the guilt, but knowing Seth, he would probably deny it. He understood, though; it wasn’t Sami’s business to butt in. He gives Seth an encouraging pat on the shoulder,       “You’ll get your revenge, I know it, and when it’s all said and done, we should celebrate, yeah?!”
