His mind was racing with possibilities and his heart seemed to thud in his chest. It was a wonder the other man couldn’t hear the frantic rhythm it beat against his ribcage. Had he been a bit younger he might’ve jumped for joy. As it stood he’d barely managed to contain the urge. Though that warm, bubbling laugh from the ginger man nearly undid him. But god what he wouldn’t do to hear that sound again.      Sounds great.      There was no denying the excitement in his tone. And honestly, he was a little relieved the other didn’t want to go out for the occasion. Not that he was worried he’d get food poisoning or anything like that. Rather, he was thankful he wouldn’t have to compete for the other’s attention. That, and they wouldn’t have to worry about being recognized.     Cartoons and take out, the perfect valentines day date.
